Bryan was off on MLK day so we decided to go to the Alligator Farm in St Augustine. We had a blast! It was one of the most fun zoos that we have ever been to. They not only had alligators but also crocodiles, birds, lemurs, monkeys, snakes, and lizards.
These birds were so much fun to watch. They followed each other around everywhere and were very entertaining.
One of the parrots.
These white African Vultures were also very entertaining. They were building a nest and every time one of the males from another nest came over to steal sticks this male would run him off. It was so funny!
The Komodo dragons were interesting. A Japanese couple was taking their picture and they walked over and posed for them. As soon as the Japanese couple left they no longer had any interest in those of us left standing at the glass. That was quite amazing. Made us wonder if they recognize their "countrymen".
They had an albino alligator on loan from Louisiana. She had babies not too long ago and they were also on display. Very cool!
We decided to do a souvenir picture holding a snake and a baby alligator.
